Students may add an authorized user through the Student Accounts Services website. The Student Account Services site may be accessed through the Student Accounts Menu in MyAccess.

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), student financial records may not be shared with a third party without the student’s written consent. By adding an authorized user the student gives consent that an authorized user may view student account information and make payments on his or her behalf. Please note that authorized users DO NOT have access to stored payment methods, academic records, or other personal information.

Authorization will ONLY allow access to the Student Account Services site, and must be established by the student. Authorized users will be able to view student billing statements, make payments, and enroll in a payment plan.
